PRICES 2009

We offer some of the finest in hunting in Northern New Mexico. We are located in Chama, New Mexico (Unit 4). We are very limited on the tags we have left for 2009 and are already booking for 2010.

Please call for available hunt dates, available openings will vary depending how many tags we have left and the dates the hunters choose. We average 30-34 tags per year so the sooner you book the better. Landowner elk permits are guaranteed there is NO DRAW!

Prices listed below are all inclusive.

Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

2009 Hunt Season : September 1-22 (Archery) October 5-December 31 (Rifle)

Fully guided mule deer hunt is $6,230.50 per person 2x1 and $7,185.07 per person 1x1. This includes five days hunting, six nights lodging, meals, Landowner permit, and all License Fees, transportation to and from ranches.  It also includes deer retrieval, field dress of your deer, transport of deer to local meat processor in Chama. Also included is a CD and 2 – 8 ˝ x 11 photos of you and your trophy taken in the field by a professional photographer. (Includes the $12.00 application fee).  We will submit all paper work required to New Mexico Department of Game & Fish since mule deer is a draw hunt. Chances of drawing are almost 100% since we submit landowner applications.(Deadline to submit applications is April 8, 2009 so the sooner you book the better)
 

Mule Deer Hunts –October 17-21 and October 24-28, 2009

 

Fully guided bull elk archery hunt is $5,115.69 per person 1x1. This includes five days hunting, six nights lodging, meals, Landowner permit, License Fees, transportation to and from ranches.”. It also includes elk retrieval, field dress of your elk, transport of elk to local meat processor in Chama. Also included is a CD and 2 – 8 ˝ x 11 photos of you and your trophy taken in the field by a professional photographer.

 

Fully guided rifle bull elk hunt is $7,767.25 per person 2x1 and $8,827.88 per person 1x1.  This includes five days hunting, six nights lodging, meals, Landowner permit, License Fees, transportation to and from ranches. It also includes elk retrieval, field dress of your elk, transport of elk to local meat processor in Chama. Also included is a CD and 2 – 8 ˝ x 11 photos of you and your trophy taken in the field by a professional photographer.

 

Fully guided rifle bull elk & mule deer combo hunt is $11,134.07 per person 1x1.  This includes five days hunting, six nights lodging, meals, Landowner permit, License Fees,  transportation to and from ranches. It also includes elk/deer retrieval, field dress of your elk/deer, transport of elk/deer to local meat processor in Chama. Also included is a CD and 2 – 8 ˝ x 11 photos of you and your trophy taken in the field by a professional photographer. Fully guided companion hunt (1 bull elk  & 1 cow elk) 2 hunters is $11,082.00 2x1 hunt. This includes five days hunting, six nights lodging, meals, Landowner permit, License Fees, transportation to and from ranches. It also includes elk retrieval, field dress of your elk, transport of elk to local meat processor in Chama. Also included is a CD and 2 – 8 ˝ x 11 photos of you and your trophy taken in the field by a professional photographer.

 

Bear Hunt Along with Either an Elk or Deer Hunt is $1,500.00 additional per hunter, plus sales tax (License must be purchased)

 

Spring Turkey Hunt is $2,000.00 additional per hunter, plus sales tax (License must be purchased)

 

Non-hunters lodging & meals is $1,000.00 per person plus tax, includes six nights lodging & meals. An additional charge of $1,000.00 plus tax will be added to any non-hunters that wish to go out in the field.

 

1x1 Hunts are available at an additional cost of $1,100.00 plus tax.

 

A fifty percent deposit is required within seven days from the date you book your hunt.

All of our guides are well experienced in guiding and calling. They all live in the Chama area and are very familiar with the ranches. Our animals are observed year around, so that we are better prepared when hunting season arrives.

We will make every possible effort to get all of our hunters into elk/deer.

We have approximately 15,000 acres of private land with the exclusive hunting rights. All hunters and non-hunters will be provided with home cooked meals, while you relax in a cozy cabins with all the comforts of home.
